This autumn the UK Prevention Research Partnership (UKPRP) will hold a series of webinars sharing some emerging findings from the first consortia funded by the partnership.
Across four online events we will explore what the learning so far might mean for public health as we recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. We will discuss the importance of generating evidence on non-communicable disease (NCD) prevention challenges in the UK. The webinars will also examine the importance of the wider determinants of health and complex systems approaches to addressing these.
On 19 October 2021 we held the first in this webinar series, on the topic of health and early years. We were joined by speakers from the ActEarly consortium and MatCHNet (Maternal and Child Health Network) and the session was chaired by the Health Foundation, a UKPRP funder.
Speakers
