During the event, the UK Prevention Research Partnership (UKPRP) will present the 2024 Research Award. This award recognises a Director of Public Health and their team for their significant contributions to public health research or for using research evidence innovatively to inform decision making within their organisation.
Attendees can also visit the UKPRP exhibition booth to learn how research into preventing non-communicable diseases supports councils in integrating health considerations into their decision-making processes.
